We've all been dropping pounds like nobody's business in media. I think I punched a new hole in my belt today for the 5th time -- will def check out this new google group
Eating more healthily and regularly and taking the occasional day off would probably be a good start :-)

Introducing, the OWS Fitness and Wellness Group, started by Jackson! The group will start calisthenics, yoga, and biking/running exercises daily. Jackson also has access to military training equipment and weights at an off-site location!
