Since you are an admin u can go to login go to the media blog tab and edit. On the Wordpress dashboard there is an add event option. On the right side. That will add events to our calendar. I am going to link to that or embed something later today when I get home.

Hey, this is Katie, Patrick's friend in Internet/open source/design. I've never met the woman who wants to do the teach in, but I'm assuming she would be down to meet wherever.

I have an emergency meeting at Charlotte's Place (109 Greenwich) at 2. Maybe we could meet a few minutes before? I'd love to facilitate getting this teach in going and spreading the word, but I don't have much time today.

Can anyone help Amy get this going? I think it's super important. Let me know if we can catch up at Charlotte's.

Thanks so much!

Hey Patrick,

I've cc'ed Andrew here. He's the only person I know on Media. We can make an announcement in the park before it starts and get it up on one of the group pages with help from info. We can also get it on the bulletin board. The physical one at info.

Hey Katie

I just heard back from this women interested in doing the teach-in.  Her only times available are 3-4 tomorrow and before 3 Tuesday.  Unfortunately i will be working.  Im waiting to hear back from Seth about taping tomorrow.   He has off so he should be available whereas Tuesday he will not be.  We can see if someone from media could cover it then.  Do you think you could send out an email to everyone on the mailing list to see who might be around tomorrow? I would say we need someone to help facilitate the teach-in, meet with Amy, pick a location to start, get the word out, and starting the people's mic etc. Let me know what you think and I will get back to you soon with more info.

Hi Patrick,
I can do a teach in at around 3 or 4pm tomorrow, and start any time before 3 on Tuesday. Video and audio are ok with me. I have info in mind for strategies to keep warm, but if you have any specific problems that you see that need to be addressed, let me know.

Hi Amy,

I'm a friend of Andys and he brought to my attention that you were looking to do a teach-in on camping in winter weather at occupy wall st. I'm working with the winter survival group and we have been looking to bring in others to discuss the facts and  logistics of camping out in winter weather as it will be getting very cold here at zucatti very soon. Would you be able to do a teach in either Monday and/or Tuesday? If so what times would work best for you. We  would be shooting video and recording audio for this event (granted you are willing) to help dispense this information to other occupiers. You can get in touch with me either by email or phone at 215-350-8535. Thank you and I hope to hear back soon.
