Hi everybody,

Like all of you, I'm disappointed by the court's ruling today.

However, let's keep in mind the amazing things that have been

accomplished up to this point and use that to propel our movement to

greater victories.

I only participate in three working groups and sub-working groups, so

I know that those who deal with the day-to-day organizing have much

more pressing concerns at the moment and a lot to figure out.

But I just want to express my heartfelt gratitude right now to

everyone in this movement who have all permitted me to meet like-

minded people who want to effect change in this country and the world.

I have had the opportunity to make connections with the most

fascinating, intelligent, accomplished and powerful people that I have

ever met in my life.

The movement has served as a kind of hub for people to share ideas and

organize around a number of critically important issues in a number of

different spheres.

Now those connections have been made, and they're not going anywhere!

The predatory segments of the 1% cannot stop us; it is way too late.

We have changed the conversation in this country and the world, and

the continued organizing and action that we take is going to make sure

that we have changed the conversation permanently. We're never going

back to the old paradigm because we are sick of it and have put our

foot down once and for all.

Like the Spanish movement before us, let's light a fire under the

different working groups and get down to some serious organizing to

make sure that we are building new institutions and new alliances.

Let's start new democratically-run businesses and financial

institutions. Let's pool our labor and capital and build alternative

structures of power that pool risk and leverage our solidarity.

They can't fucking stop us. They won't fucking stop us. We are the

99%, and we are just getting started.
