The new video platform gifted to OWS movement is a private studio with creative commons license, so the original creator gets to retain his rights. The platform is available, as many of you know, since NYC & LA have been playing with it already. All the content can be shared from occupy to occupy, and if someone outside the movement wants to use any content, they will have to get permission from the original creator. There is also an admin option for approving the content and pulling it into each respective livestream. It will be ready to launch nationally on Monday (just waiting for the iphone app to drop into the marketplace)... but feel free to play with it now... Whoot!!!
Won't need no stinking ustream and youtube will become our tube ... Occupy the Airwaves!!!

to me, that reads that they can just do whatever they want with it.

now, should they decide to sign a different agreement, granting only
the same to global rev/ OWS perhaps this can work out.

In consideration we can can make sure to display their watermark in
gratitude for agreeing to have this proposed new agreement supercede
any online agreement ustream has with someone we choose to substream.
