Hi Evy,
Thanks for your email. I'm going to start a new email thread with your concern for others to follow since I think the topic of internet accessibility is VERY important.

Perhaps you or someone you know would like to help set up a working group for this purpose? (Back a few weeks a group for net-neutrality was forming but I've not been following their progress.) Maybe someone else in this group can help?
