May I offer a little assistance.  It fast becoming impossible to keep up with the number of emails.  Some people have disabilities and people without the means of a computer should be kept in the loop. 

Further, the discussions/requests/notices are becoming rather closed with only people who understand the technical side of your cause. 

Do you have an outreach group who is considering the impact on those who cannot follow all internet discussions?
