Maybe an easer way is to use Meetup.com to organize in person meetings and setup schedules etc like they are doing at:We should be able to list the meetup feed on the main site and also encourage any working group that can afford the 12 buck a month to setup with meetup. Perhaps meetup can waive or reduce the fees if we reach out to them. They are a NYC company.
