Please note that this list is supposed to be for information about the Internet Working Group, but it is cluttered with all kinds of other info and discussion. We will shortly be launching v2.0 of the web site, which will help to keep the various discussion threads on point in their relevant respective groups, yet enable a view of the activity stream (like the Facebook wall) to see everything that is going on.

I also recommend that we try to take shifts at the info booth in the park in person, so we can better explain to people what we're doing. Having a fixed time every day would be great. Let's see who can commit time and set a schedule. It would be a great way to conduct in person user testing, by showing people the new site and hearing their questions.

so how can we go about having this information permanently appear on the site and also available to the information desk?

Hi Jackie -
Sorry you missed the group at the park - I've had similar experiences,
and since catching up with the group yesterday, I've found that
normally they meet up somewhere at the plaza but have their working
group sessions at Charlotte's Place, which is a community center
located at 109 Greenwich St, 1 block west and 2 blocks south of the
plaza.  The space is open for the public from 10AM to 6PM so there are
usually people from Internet and Open Source having work sessions
there all day - if the group isn't at the plaza this is your best bet
as an alternate place to find them.
