Is this he: Patrick J. Lynch, the president of the Patrolmen's

Thanks, Lauri! These were the same questions that I had. I would
love for the piece to be positive with the underlining confirmation
that the police, through the union support, are essentially in support
of the cause.
I think we should track him down today and schedule a specific time
tomorrow (unless it is true craziness with the "Clean up") to speak,
so we don't waste his time (and ours :)). In advance of that
scheduled time, we can have the set up (camera & Sound) ready and
questions compiled and organized.
Let's speak later today at the Media Meeting, if not before. Let's
get some scouts out there looking for him this afternoon.

Yes, I hope that he is still coming down. He wouldn't give me any more information other than he would be down everyday at lunch time.
I'm sure you have an idea what to ask him. I'm heading down there shortly and can help as well.
The main things I'd want to know is why are they bringing us food? What do they think about this movement? Why did they decide to support us? Does he have insight into how the other police officers feel about why we are here. etc. There clearly must be some police rumbling over in their department that are in favor of what we are doing and have decided, mostly likely voted, to have their union support us. Thats what I'm curious about..
Are you there today?

I would love to discuss the president of the police union with you. I
have a guy on stand by who has sound (external mic) and a broadcast
quality camera. I have been developing some questions to ask, but
would love and welcome feedback & suggestions.
