I concur no hotel. We should start right now to move non essential equipment, documents and personal items to storage.

Holiday Inn on Nassau St, and have it open for storage of delicate
equipment currently at the camp. I was thinking the Media and
Internet committees in particular could make good use of such a room,
even if just for tonight and out by noon tomorrow or Saturday. I
would request funding, that particular hotel is around $300 per night
but there are currently rooms available for tonight.
