I have a challenge-based fundraising website called BEEx - http://beex.org/

People say what they will do if $x is raised for y account.

The software is free/libre/opensource, plugs directly into paypal and charges no transaction fees.

Check it out and if it interests you let me know.

I dunno if anyone has looked into the Nation Builder suite but it's created by activists for activists to fix these sort of disparate fundraising issues.

That should get addressed to the GA and Finance.
Where monies are accepted from is very important and should be a GA decision, and the Finance will have to deal with it. The new website should include an area for taking questions to be addressed by the GA.

There is a new wepay set up for OWS that apparently has the blessing of finance
However he is taking 8% for support costs plus 3.5% for wepay

He was originally raising money for tents until I asked him about it.
He took information from my profile on facebook and started telling people
That our general fund, was under attack and to give to him.

I tried telling him  taking 11.5% is not needed when all he has to do
is post the nycga link.
He is a professional fundraiser (as am I) probably just trying to make money.
When I talked to him he accused me of trolling and lying.

Are we ok with ppl raising money for us online and "earmarking" 8% for
his costs?
As a fundraiser myself I am worried about where this will end up.
He has stated to mr he is going to start 100 wepay accounts.
