Would it help if we set up an OpenAtrium site with Casetracker? I can get one up today and we put different techs/plugin initiatives in their own Case and track them that way. For those not familiar with OA, it's an opensource replacement/variant of Basecamp.

yes, that'd be great. the thinking is that the mailing lists will be
