Hello,

I'm thinking as the movement is growing we should start an OWS WATCH
page. I will be more than happy to launch and control on FB, but not
sure if I'll need GA approval or perhaps just get some feedback with
your thoughts before going live.

My idea is to have activists and supporters keep a watchful eye out
for sabotage posts. I've seen a few already that have been growing
momentum, but squashed by supporters of the movement by going to the
original post page and sharing to picture/post on OWS supporter pages
to correct any attempts to discredit the movement. No negative
comments, no confrontations. As in the instance of Ms. Silver's photo
of the protesters from 2007 holding a sign "fuck the troops" and
posting that it was OWS's Rally on 10/15. Supporters gave no negative
feedback just went to her page and simple shared and she still has no
idea that over 1200 shares on that photo from her page were the doings
of a counteraction.

Problem solved si? But then I ran into this tonight with over 4,000
views.

The page I'd like to create is basically have reports of any sabatoge
attempts from supporters on OWS Watch, where we can go to the page of
the post and simple share in masses to divert any harm to our
reputation. This all stems from a letter we received from a former Tea
Bagger warning us of these types of act that participated in their
collapse.

Thoughts?

Kind regards,

Jodi ~
