I for one have a lot of problems with it. We can and should come up with a more efficient, timely, inclusive, and revolutionary plan of action. He's proposing we keep the current system in place until 2014, with nothing more than a list of grievances created by 870 delegates.
Everyone should have their opportunity to propose national plans of action to be voted on by their GAs, after which each GA should communicate and solidify their plans.
