the problem is that GA essentially exists and operates only around the NYC area.. people i think forget that it's actually global - and we cannot exclude initiatives of people who are on the same page and part of the movement, but "didn't go through GA". we are 99% percent. right?

From what I understand, this plan of action has never gone through the GA. This is a huge proposal, and should have to pass all GAs and go through a proper vetting process. I for one have a lot of problems with it. We can and should come up with a more efficient, timely, inclusive, and revolutionary plan of action. He's proposing we keep the current system in place until 2014, with nothing more than a list of grievances created by 870 delegates.
Everyone should have their opportunity to propose national plans of action to be voted on by their GAs, after which each GA should communicate and solidify their plans.
