Hi All,
Just a reminder that someone needs to be covering the SEC settlements with Banks.  I just posted this commentary on whistlewatch.org  It list the banks and how much they have agreed to pay in settlements in order not to admit or deny wrongdoing.  Citibank settled big time!

http://whistlewatch.org/2011/10/sec-settles-massive-case-against-citibank-misleading-investors-285-million-the-latest-round/

If someone can direct me to where this info is better posted, please let me know.
Best,
Evy

The purpose of this working group is to accomplish work, not discuss politics, what may or may not have happened to whom, or anything like that.  If you are litigating and putting them in jail, do that, and let us work on things in the meantime?  Please?  If you're going to be owning Googlegroups a year from now, that is no reason to object to its use, and it was selected for its ease of use and clear transparency, both of which are of value to completing work on Internet Working Group projects.

Please do not make us decide if you are a crazy person ranting in the park, or actually telling us something true that we need to know.  It's not pertinent to the work at hand, and can only divide.
