Just passing this along - I was sent this by someone on a non-NYCGA list:

wanted to let you know about a new tool that a handful of geeky organizers have been working on over the last week. Basically, the idea is to try and build on the energy inside of Facebook around the Occupy protests right now. Nearly a million people have either like a page or joined a group...but Facebook makes it incredibly hard to coalesce that sort of energy into something bigger.

So, we built an app that creates a centralized place where people can find all the Groups and Pages, see which of their friends are involved, see an aggregated feed of activity from all of them and give them tools to start/support their own organizing. This isn't meant to replace any other tools...just help grab some of the Facebook energy and try and turn it into something bigger.
