So what time are we thinking - like 9 or 10 PM? I'm dealing with
some work-stuff from home but I should be available by 9.

As many of us are well-aware, we are running into some pretty major project
management/workflow/collaboration/outreach problems within the core site
development sub-group of the IWG. There is a huge amount of work to be done
on the site and to support the site, and there are extremely limited
resources to get that work done. This is an uphill climb regardless, but
with all the issues we're experiencing, we're making it nearly impossible on
ourselves and the current system is downright unsustainable.
For this reason, addressing these issues has got to be an absolutely top
priority. We will therefore be having a meeting to discuss this, and only
this, tonight after GA. If you are a member of the core site team, we really
hope you can attend so we can all get on the same page about how we're going
to be moving forward in an efficient way. The meeting will be in our office
space near Liberty Plaza. If you don't know where that is or how to get
there, let me know.
