FRIDAY: BAILOUTS AND THE AMERICAN CASINO; TEACH-IN @ 4PM + FILM
SCREENING AFTER GA

We all played in Wall Street's Casino, whether we liked it or not.
Some people got to make the rules. Others were turned into chips. In
the end, (almost) everybody lost, and we are left to pay off a $12
trillion tab. Baring the truth behind the numbers on Wall Street
trading screens, joining real people fighting for their homes, this is
the story of the greatest financial meltdown in history -- what
happened and why.

Leslie Cockburn, producer of American Casino, is a journalist who has
spent her career uncovering the crimes committed by power around the
globe. In addition to being a filmmaker, she is a frequent producer
for "60 minutes" and "Frontline".

Also, Leslie will be handing out free copies of the DVD for the
library, and we will be screening the movie after GA, using a short-
range FM transmitter for sound. Bring a radio and we'll Occupy the
airwaves!
