i wasn't there during her test but becky reports that the transmitter she used (the fail-safe one operating within the .1 watt limit) reached across the park.  if so, you can have different "stations" by having a transmitter for each activity at a different frequency.

I didn't realize radios were allowed because they have speakers, but
that's great! You're right it's a much better solution. I think
android phones do have an FM receiver as well anyways. So we just need
to tell everyone to bring radios?

How do I get the film audio to the group broadcasting the radio? We
can do different stations for different groups in theory, right?
