Below is office docs for the media table. Printer in media area is working

An update:

1. It seems to solve our apathy blunder on the google doc. "collabpress" a function easily installed on our nycga site has project management functions.

2. What is the goal for all of us? Is it to work together and hear all voices and spread the message of solidarity, transparent, and collaborative for the education of any asking to learn?

What should this email be used for? For practical group announcements and coordination of work efforts? For philosophy?

Please know when its time to voice your concern about a project and when is time to keep your two cents for risk of confusing people as to how much authority you hold.

Let it also be known that consensus is a bond we all hold, but there is no authority in it in our situation, as opposed to if we lived together and could ask someone to leave. Folks will have their own agreements together and be collaborating on all kinds of non-commercial projects outside of the GA. I'm noticing many think consensus is something to protect, when in fact it is a reward that cannot be forced. The irony is that folks are using authority towards others in the name of consensus. In fact, we are far from consensus in the Media group. We are waiting on the technological tools for everyone to have an equal voice but in the mean time, no one verbally consents to every video under occupytvny, yet, while people on the outside of this group are doing circles around us in content.

Here are Office Scheduling documents for the Media Table. There is space to be negotiated left of legal, and a painted sign to be made. PR was kind of there, but we can all share no?

Outreach: I'm making an email blast with google form to professional contacts to come help. 

Also I got and maybe if we dont want to wait for the project function in 2.0 in a week or so, Leia of info may help us set up a collabpress and our own media login, which is cumbersome but I think necessary so that we can begin voting on treatment ideas and managing projects. What do ya'll think?

We must multiply and a great way to do it is to sign up to work the media table. Feel free to make a copy and edit those sign ups if they're too cumbersome.
