You need to speak to someone with finance in the media area (between 12-5) - look for Bree or Peter they usually sit at the table against the wall opposite the entrance. If it is under $100 here is the procedure - you go to them BEFORE YOU PURCHASE and tell them what you need to buy and about how much it will cost (over estimate), they will give you the cash and a receipt - SAME DAY you go purchase the items and bring the change and the receipt from the purchase back along with the original receipt for the cash and you are done.
