Date: Sat, 05 Nov 2011 23:31:43 +0000

The Event Planning Process Assessment is a project being undertaken by the Organization Working Group to better streamline event planning and execution for OWS.

This form is designed to help assess the needs of working groups in regards to event planning. The questions are to help determine what services and assets each working group has available for events (i.e. PR WG doing press releases, Outreach doing canvassing). It is also to determine what needs working groups have to help make event planning more efficient and execution more effective.

For the purpose of this survey, an Event shall be defined as any Working Group action intended for public participation, external press participation, or otherwise outside routine actions. Examples of past events would be: Citibank account closing action, Times Square rally, Community leaders press conference, Harry Belafonte talk, Bill Black teach-in, Inter-Faith services.
