They removed it for me. It's a form I had to sign in the bank. They called it an Opt-Out form.

I actually have a video of me arguing with them about charging me a fee and admitting that they changed their policy after I was promised there would be no fees. They also continued to keep overdraft charges on our business account even after we asked to have it removed and they passed the law that made them have to change it. They claimed business accounts were not included. They have definitely been a pain, but the other stuff was mainly incompetence like replacing my lost debit card with a copy of my business partner's card but with my name.
