I think it is one more evidence of the single issue we all "refuse" to
acknowledge: that we are unable to fully connect and unite with each
other. That the moment a few people get together divisions arise -
like an equal and opposite force. That we think unity is a by product
of this movement rather than something that deserves to be the first
goal thereof. that we can solve our economic, social, political
problems first and deal with unity second...
Science is showing us very clearly that we are in fact interconnected
and we assume that this implies that we are also naturally united.
however, this is the true struggle. and I fear that until we manage to
unite with, and care for, everyone no solution will last...

I wouldn't let it anger you. Parts were funny, but I was underwhelmed. The
distinction and dubbing part of the park as ghetto was a real and extremely
deserving of criticism development, though I didn't hear that language
reflected too broadly. It points to one of the major barriers to widespread
inclusion that we (especially those of us benefiting from white privilege)
need to tackle. Calling it a mere class division is missing the larger part
of it though, because ghetto is a highly racialized term to use (and I
didn't just hear it from people self-identifying).

it seemed like a pretty smart analysis to me.

It is hilarious. When you step back a bit you can see the hilarity of our
actions. We actually supply multi billion dollar corporations to make more
money. Bloomberg News used OUR livestream footage of the kitchen raid for
their online presence. Is that called ironic.

this is kinda funny, there are elements of truth in it, and people in the
park said a lot of smart things and represented the movement pretty well.

Seriously screw the daily show and their snide cynical and
aggressively UN-funny coverage of OWS enough is enough.
We must put together something light hearted that is 100 percent
funnier than this segment.
I'm so angry.
