Michael-Hmmmm...now who were the people in these groups that said, no whistleblower stuff and that I was tone deaf!
Some of us read the laws that Congress tries to pass and rule making by all federal agencis and advocate hard to keep the government from ruling with an iron fist. Those advocates are often whistleblower protection groups.
So I'm blowing the whistle! Listen up please...or it will be too late.

Right now, Congress is debating a law that would give them the power to censor the world's Internet -- creating a blacklist that could target YouTube, WikiLeaks and even groups like Avaaz!
Under the new law, our government could force Internet providers to block any website on suspicion of violating copyright or trademark legislation, or even failing to sufficiently police their users' activities. And, because so much of the Internet's hosts and hardware are located here in the US, their blacklist would clamp down on the free web for all of us in America and millions across the world.
[The idea would be that corporations with influence could request blocking based on suspicion -- which of course means that they could use that to target anyone they choose, by lying.]We only have days before the vote
but we can help stop this -- champions in Congress want to preserve free speech and tell us that a global outcry would strengthen their hand. Let's urgently raise our voices from every corner of America and join Avaaz members across the world to build a massive call urging our decision makers to reject the bill and stop Internet censorship. Sign now [at http://www.avaaz.org/en/save_the_internet_us_a/?ciiPwab] and then forward as widely as possible
-- our message will be delivered directly to key members of Congress ahead of the crucial vote.
Let's fight back with the power of networks.
