Why am I occupying Wall Street tomorrow?
Many of you know me as a member of CBID's Executive Committee. I also happen to be a law student, studying tax law. Finance intrigues me. I want to be rich. I want to be powerful. I will probably end up working on Wall Street. None of this means I can't see that our country has been heading in the wrong direction for decades. Systemic greed and corruption has allowed the top 1% to take more wealth from the rest of us than at any point since before the 1929 depression. Why should I have to choose between success and morality?
Please join me and other members of CBID tomorrow morning at 10:00am as we do our part to Occupy Wall Street. We will meet at the corner of Chambers Street and Church Street - right off the Chambers Street stop on the A/C. Let me know if you can make it!
or give me a call directly at (646) 508-5066

The protest didn't hit home to me until I visited it.
