Also of note, NYCGA does not represent the OWS movement, it represents the NYC occupation. It just happens to be the first GA and the most prominent one. Nor can it represent the movement because that leaves people like me disenfranchised because often there is no physical possible way for me to participate despite being a significant fighter for the cause.

 

This is not to say that NYCGA is "bad", but it is a warning not to attach inaccurate qualities onto it.
