On last count I had about  mysterious demands committees that I couldn't really nail down.  The closest I came was the Open Source Working Group which was working on a set of demands.  I heard a rumor that some of them were worried that the demands would be leaked, but most of our possible demands are on our signs.  There is some kind of demands discussion going on on nycga.cc which is good, and it has so many comments now it is hard to read.  :)  I am going to try hard to be at the meeting on Sunday, even though I am moving away from my original stance that we should have a list of demands.

this mysterious "demands committee" needs to have total transparency.
if demands come out of left field there will be a revolt within the
revolt. we are already working hard to deflect all sorts of wacky
conspiracy theories.
