I've just saw an email with this info, can anyone confirm? Asking for legal reason.
Ows is spending $3k to clean it themselves and professionally and hire a sanitation inspector to certify that it is up to city standards.

Thank you Chuck!

Thanks for the update Chuck.
Are you dealing with a live person at pay pal or just submitting docs on line?

> Good news. $73,549.78 of the credit card donations showed up in our bank account this morning so apparently e-onlinedata has released most of the money. The money is from donations from Oct. 7-10. I'm sure they are still holding some as insurance against charge-backs. Depending on how much, that may be legitimate for them to hold it at least until people have gotten their bank statements. At any rate, we now have the $73,000 figure to add to the available amount for you that was on the report I sent last night. The vast majority of this is for OWS, but there is some for October2011 and some of our other fiscally sponsored projects. We'll need to pull that out before I can give you an absolutely firm figure.
> All donations are now being pointed to the Paypal account. At some point we'll redirect to PNC Merchant Services but there wasn't time to do that before e-online's noon deadline before they would freeze the account again. There is about $6K in the Paypal account and growing. Paypal is still reviewing our documents so we can't get the money out yet I don't think. But that process should be done today unless they then ask for more documentation.
> Anyway, some good news for a change!
