a tried and tested anti-cold tea - great to have on stock at the park:
boil 4 cups of water with
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp cardamon
1 tsp clove
1 tsp ginger
you can use a regular (black) tea as well but not a must. "cold
season" Yogi tea can be added.
reduce the water to two cups and drink. magic.
