In a way, it's a good sign. It shows that OWS is larger than just its participants. It would be better if several such activist groups used OWS so that people would wonder, "wait, which is the real OWS," and, recognizing a circus, go to the source. If MoveOn and WFP and DFNYC all collude together in a coordinated effort to co-opt us, then we'd need to put our foot down and say something about it.

If you read the email, they say in it exactly what they're spending the money on. Granted, I don't trust moveOn farther than I can throw them, but right now I think we can throw them as far as encouraging people to move their money out of big banks.
