From what I gathered, it seems like they're looking for free footage. Thank you for explaining the agreement, though, good to know for future reference.

Hi Sofia, It's been agreed that footage can be used freely by the collective for the movement under creative commons, but when it comes to commercial entities that the person who shot the footage must be contacted personally for permission, and to negotiate terms and a price for their content.
Speaking for myself, I do have a lot of footage from marches and so on that we've been using in some of the daily recaps and such, but for a tv entity would only offer it for a price. Do you know if they are looking for free footage or are they willing to buy it?
