Send this footage of Kol Nidre at OWShttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NsYeTHPxV0A&feature=player_embedded#
to the Emergency Committee for Israel, prominently cc'ed to CNBC, NYTimes, Washington Post and your whole press list, asking ECI for a statement of response.
Then send another letter to CNBC, NYTimes, Washington Post and cc'ed to ECI stating that ECI has no response.
Also write up a bunch of features/press releases about diverse religious holiday observances at OWS (including Jewish holidays but not only Jewish holidays), and send them around to blogs and local newspapers. Turn religious tolerance (including Christianity) at OWS into a meme that the mainstream media will eventually want to pick up on as Christmas/Channukah/Kwanzaa/Solstice approaches. Try to get someone at OWS to celebrate Pancha Ganapati and Bodhi Day too, so the press can turn it into something informative and revelatory for its readers.

However, "Zionist Pigs Rob Us All" guy is, in fact, after a brief conversation, anti-Semitic. (He also claims to be Jewish himself and from northwest Arkansas, a "pretty progressive place". And in spite of what I thought was us getting along relatively well for me standing next to him holding a sign saying "this guy's sign sucks", a few days afterward, he called me a "faggot" and told me to go die. I also ran into him late at night a few days after that on Water Street and he said he couldn't leave the state because he was under indictment for some sort of computer crimes. Odd and wonderful times.)

I agree with what acpollack2 had to say. We have a responsibility to shut down racism and anti-semitism when we see it at OWS. Although, the footage isn't necessarily representative of OWS it is coming from somewhere, we need to confront people if we see this. This hatred doesn't represent us.
In addition, we as a group need to acknowledge that racism and anti-semitism are very real things. First of all anti-semitism should not be confused with anti-zionism. Anti-zionism is a critical approach to the actions and policies of the state of Israel. Anti-semitism is prejudice against Jews.
Anti-semitism is very present in the United States. It doesn't disappear the moment we enter Liberty Plaza. It is hard not to absorb the prejudice we are surrounded by, however as humans we have a responsibility to be aware of it and not to let it spread.
Expose the Emergency Committee for Israel for what it really is: a right wing political advocacy group that is not actually interested in Israel at all, but in manipulating Jewish voters through false propaganda. The group was created and is led by William Kristol. Google it up.

Rachel Abrams, a higher-up at ECI, who ran that ad, today came out in support of a genocide against Palestinian Arab children. So much for hate speech. http://badrachel.blogspot.com/2011/10/gilad.html?spref=tw

I don't have a complete answer to Jackie's important question -- although I'll find out more about the group promoting this campaign.
About a week ago I saw one anti-Semitic sign being held up by a guy, and right next to him was a woman with a hand-written sign obviously written for the occasion with an arrow pointing at him and saying "He doesn't represent OWS." I thought that was a comradely, proactive start.
Of course at pro-Palestine demos when we see antiSemitic signs we remove the offender (with numbers, not laying hands on), and there's no room for debate about it OWS probably isn't at that stage of marshaling.
