Yes, this exactly! 

And RJ, I imagaine the Safer Spaces working group and the Speak Easy Caucus (I heard a rumor that those groups merged, but I don't know if it's true) might have some answers.

On a more general level, it's *really important* for guys to call out other guys on acting skeevy or talking in a way that objectifies.  There's SO MUCH social pressure against doing so, but we've gotta break out of the mentality that the world is our 7th grade locker room.
