The spokes-council proposal was tabled last night and will be taken up again at Wednesday's General Assembly. I urge everyone who is interested in how decions are made by the NYCGA and Occupy Wall Street to get familiar with the poposal and communicate with each other and the structure group about it. I would suggest that we do not discuss it here (except to make sure that everyone knows about the proposal) but rather on the forum and at the structure group teach-ins (daily, 2pm at 60 Wall Str).
The latest version of the spoke-council proposal
can be found at http://www.nycga.net/spokes-council/
where there is also a forum to discuss it. The structure committee can also be found in the workingroups page at nycga.cc The structure group also has an email address email@example.com
In my opinion, this is the most important decision that the GA has made since we decided to Occupy Wall Street. Everyone must be involved.

Someone from Structure Working Group should address this. I am copying such a person on this email for answers. I am not in the Structure Working Group.

GA had another great, intense conversation, and it was agreed that teach ins would be held every day at 2 pm for 4-5 days and then the modified proposal would be brought back to the general assembly.

The GA website has not posted the minutes from last night's GA yet. Does anybody know what happened re: the spokes council/cluster proposal?
