It's really impossible for workers to participate in the GAs at all, given how frequent they are. What we really need is to create GAs in other spaces. There are already GAs happening in the Bronx, Brooklyn and Harlem, at colleges, and people are working on one for Queens. These GAs have been meeting weekly, not daily, so they're more manageable for people who work 40 hours or more per week.
