Keeping in mind that "we make it through the winter" likely means something very different to people on this list (and other involved people) than to those outside of the bubble; I won't even begin to try to speak for the individual views of each of us, but to the latter it mostly means "people are still camping out in Liberty Park" (from my experience, at least).

Also, Occupy Marines and Occupy Police could balloon. If we can make it through the winter, the explosion of enthusiasm in the Spring would propel the thing in a way that would set the agenda for the election season, I predict.
Two things that could lead to a new escalation and expansion of the movement: the national day of action on Nov 17, which will likely be absolutely massive, and Occupy the Hood, which is still ramping up and hasn't exploded yet.
