Hi Pam,

 

Right now, Thursday is looking like the day Michael can do this. I am

trying to get Michael to bring the popcorn solution, but glad to know

we can make it happen thru kitchen. Still waiting on confirm. I also

have access to 175 wireless headsets available to broadcast sound.

 

As long as wind is not a problem, that screen should be great. or we

have white hat's screen if windy. I can get a projector or if you

already have, then awesome.
