We should focus on both, the more actions the better. Obama proposed the 10% income cap on student loan repayments with the actions that we have done thus far, we need to turn up the volume across the board now, not soften.

Can we focus on this instead of the Robin Hood march on Saturday? I loved the video but there is so much conflict over the 1% tax, it seems nobody knows whether to support it or not.
This call from Oakland however is really powerful. We need to, at the very first, demand our right to peacefully assemble. Without that nothing else can be accomplished.

Next Wednesday Occupy Oakland will be having a general strike to try
and shut down the city in response to the tear gas, could we try the
same thing here as a solidarity action?
