Yes - if the amount is under $100 you can get re-imbursed BUT we do not want this to be how it is done going forward please. Thanks.

As far as the budget - we are adding/considering other items including pre-amps, cases, filters, etc to the existing budget and it is not currently up to date... but here it is for your reference.

See you tonight at 5pm at 60 Wall Street - spread the word as we want to get a bunch of folks out.

You need to speak to someone with finance in the media area (between 12-5) - look for Bree or Peter they usually sit at the table against the wall opposite the entrance. If it is under $100 here is the procedure - you go to them BEFORE YOU PURCHASE and tell them what you need to buy and about how much it will cost (over estimate), they will give you the cash and a receipt - SAME DAY you go purchase the items and bring the change and the receipt from the purchase back along with the original receipt for the cash and you are done.

Hope that helps,

do we have a standard procedure for reimbursements of incidentals such as batteries, tape stock etc?  I know there's a budget thing going around but these items are regular expenses, so regular expenses may want to be handled differently if they are not already.

thanks.
