i am waiting for a dontated camera from my friend.

 

what i need is:

 

1) location of the physical gen or the office number to call. was

there a property tag? NYPD? report number? any reference from on

the scene?

2) number to call to get a permit and somebody to file for it

3) camera with teradeck and a backup livestream and or filmed coverage.
