Here is the number for demonstrations held within the confines of a park

(212) 360-1319

I think these bottom two were already posted.  I know because I've been through this while working in tv production that we aren't getting any permits without insurance coverage.  (and here begins the run around).

Gaseous Fuel Permit

Fire Department New York City

Generator Permit
Fire Department New York City
FDNY Generator Notification: Portable, Truck-mounted or any other kind of generator
Phone: (718) 999-0320 or (718) 999-1007

They were within their legal rights.  We can't have a generator without getting a permit for one in this city.  I know that for a fact.  We never got a permit.  I saw on the livestream that they did ask someone for their i.d.  I just couldn't tell who the person was that gave their i.d.
