Staying anonymous is a really bad idea in my opinion (unless you happen to belong to hacktivist network) especially since we have no plans to do anything illegal.  It'll just make us look more suspicious.  More importantly I don't know how anyone in the NYCGA thinks we'll get more individuals to step forward and join our movement if we ourselves are afraid and unwilling to step forward ourselves and put our faces on this movement and put our asses on the line behind our radical values.  

Everyone's free to do as they please, but I have no intentions of hiding in the shadows for this one...been doing that for waaayyy too damn long now.

Yeah facebook is great but it is a closed system, so people who want to be anonymous cannot be since 90% of fb use their real names... all of it together works because then you are able to serve everyone... imho of course :)
