The number one thing we need is more people. I think there were around 500-700 people in the GA yesterday, which was the peak attendance for the day, but only 200 or so slept over, since most of the New Yorkers who were there went home for the night (but are now coming back again during the daytime). Most of the people who actually slept over were out-of-towners, and many of the out-of-towners I talked to were either going home today or Monday. If that happens, the number of people sleeping out may quickly fall too low to keep the occupation going. We will probably need a second wave of occupiers to continue beyond that. Adbusters could help with this by sending out a call for reinforcements to its mailing list.

Child care would help me continue to work on the effort full time

What are the top three things that you need to keep the occupation going?
It is very difficult to know what is going on in NYC, is there a committee/person tasked with sending regular updates about the situation? If so, please forward their contact information to me.
