GA needs its facilitators to practice less subjective patronage based on their own agendas.
Part of the reason the ga has lost quite a bit of credibility with people is it's lack of equanimity and self centered navel gazing IMO.
In my personal capacity (and I make that very clear distinction because usdayofrage is non partisan and ultimately wants only citizens to make campaign contributions etc) I have many family and friends that are union leadership or rank and file.
