I fully approve of using helium balloons as a revolutionary tactic as a member of the Arts& Culture committee.I fully intend to run by kmart and hopefully purchase a 'people's slip n slide' after work. Rather than look miserable and down trodden in the rain all weekend, I'm thinking we should use swim suits, water guns and balloons to fuck with the media some more. I can't tap dance but if anyone knows anyone who can do a good Gene Kelly impersonation now's probably the time comrades!Harrison
