Take the square has a text that is exactly that, a facilitation guide, perhaps you have seen it already: http://takethesquare.net/2011/07/31/quick-guide-on-group-dynamics-in-peoples-assemblies/

Why not produce a training video? Quick and dirty, and a good way to communicate the 'personal style'

Marisa, David Graeber and myself conducted the facilitator training here. This should be brought up in the facilitation group, but in reality its a hard thing to teach through a text. This really goes around personal style as well as the people who are involved, and is something that normally takes a bit of practice. A better way may be to query questions from them, and then we can answer them. Also if there is a phone number, personal phone calls may be helpful. Just thoughts...

nycga.net needs instructions on how to facilitate General Assemblies.
#GeneralAssemblyATL is asking for a guide, we need to put together a text guide, a hand out, and a video. I can help design this stuff if someone can get me the information!
Thank you so much,
