Hi all,

Legal is on this. None of our lawyers are confident we can get a sound
permit since it is not officially a public park - and we can only do
so in public parks. They have all said they think it will be rejected
(I am talking about National Lawyers Guild lawyers and the NYCLU
lawyers.) When we apply, we are asking the city and the police for
permission - it is also political.

A political, rather than legal question, would be to ask Brookfield.
Not that I am suggesting this, but think it would be a more direct
avenue.
